Quick answer
Use a premium zippered binder with side-loading pages to store your Elestrals collection safely and keep cards accessible for gameplay and trading.
Why a zippered binder matters
A zippered closure keeps dust, spills, and accidental drops from damaging your cards during transport. The Elestrals binders come with a full zipper that seals the edges, which is especially useful when you take your collection to tournaments or trading sessions.
Side-loading pages vs. top-loading
Side-loading pages reduce the chance of cards sliding out when you flip the page. All three Elestrals binders use side-loading pockets, so your cards stay put even when the binder is upside down or jostled in a bag.
Steps to organize your Elestrals binder
- Sort your cards by set or type: Group cards by expansion (e.g., Sunstrike, Frostfall, Daybreak) or by card type (Casters, Elemental Spirits, etc.). This makes it easier to find specific cards during deck building. Avoid mixing sets in the same pocket — it slows down searching and can cause bent corners.
- Insert cards into side-loading pages: Open the binder flat and slide each card into a side-loading pocket from the side, not the top. Push gently until the card is fully seated. Leave a small gap between cards to prevent edge wear. Do not overstuff pockets — two cards per pocket is the maximum, and only if they are sleeved.
- Close the zipper fully after each session: Zip the binder completely shut before storing it upright or laying it flat. A partially open zipper leaves a gap where dust and moisture can enter. Check that the zipper pull is tucked against the binder edge so it doesn't snag on other items in your bag.
