Quick answer
For a classic, sweet berry taste that lasts, choose Aqua Strawberry 4 oz. For a lighter, refreshing flavor perfect for trying out, grab Aqua Watermelon 1 oz.
Flavor profile and sweetness
Both Aqua Strawberry and Aqua Watermelon are water-based lubricants sweetened with stevia, giving them a naturally sweet taste without added sugars. Strawberry offers a familiar, dessert-like sweetness that many find comforting and long-lasting. Watermelon provides a lighter, more refreshing flavor that mimics the taste of fresh summer fruit, making it less intense for those who prefer subtle sweetness.
Size and value considerations
Aqua Strawberry comes in a 4 oz bottle with a catalog price of USD 15.54 (compared to USD 21.59), offering more product for frequent users. Aqua Watermelon is available in a 1 oz bottle at USD 6.69 (compared to USD 10.29), making it a budget-friendly option for first-time buyers or those who want to sample a flavor without committing to a larger size.
Strawberry vs Watermelon: Trade-offs
- Flavor intensity: Strawberry has a bolder, more dessert-like sweetness that coats the palate. Watermelon is lighter and more refreshing, less likely to overpower other sensations. Choose based on whether you want a rich or subtle flavor experience.
- Bottle size and value: Strawberry's 4 oz bottle provides more product per dollar, making it economical for regular use. Watermelon's 1 oz bottle is cheaper upfront and great for sampling. If you know you like the flavor, Strawberry offers better long-term value.
- Versatility in use: Both are water-based, paraben-free, propylene glycol-free, vegan, and safe for internal use. Strawberry's larger size suits frequent oral play, while Watermelon's small size is perfect for on-the-go or trying a new flavor. Both lubes share the same body-safe formula; the main difference is flavor and size.
