Quick answer
Choose the Teal Dragon Wawa if you love quirky, fantasy-inspired characters with a playful backstory. Pick Hunny the Sweet Bear Bee if you prefer a gentle, woodland-themed plush that feels soft and sweet. Both are affordable collectibles, but their personalities steer them toward different collectors.
Personality and theme differences
The Lil Series lineup from Cuddle Barn is built around distinct character personalities, and that is where these two plush truly diverge. Teal Dragon Wawa is a frog who decided he is a dragon because dragons collect things—a humorous, imaginative twist that appeals to collectors who enjoy whimsical storytelling. His backstory mentions fiery breath for making s'mores, which adds a playful, fantasy element.
Hunny the Sweet Bear Bee, on the other hand, lives deep in the forest and spends his days searching for golden nectar. He is quiet, reserved, and generous with his honey. This gentle, nurturing personality fits collectors who prefer cozy, woodland themes and soft, comforting characters.
Price point and value
Both plush are priced similarly, making them accessible for casual collectors or those starting a Cuddle Barn Lil Series set. Teal Dragon Wawa is listed at USD 10.97 (compared to USD 17.99), while Hunny the Sweet Bear Bee is USD 9.59 (compared to USD 14.99). The slight price difference is negligible, so your choice will likely come down to theme preference rather than budget.
