Quick answer
If you're a fan of To Love-Ru Darkness and want a cute, compact, and affordable figure, the Nana Roomwear Ver. Desktop Cute Figure is a great pre-order choice. It's made by Taito, stands about 130mm tall, and is fully painted and ready to display.
Why pre-order this figure?
Pre-ordering ensures you secure a copy before release, especially for popular series like To Love-Ru Darkness. The Desktop Cute line is designed for compact display, making it ideal for desks or shelves with limited space.
At approximately 130mm in height, this figure is smaller than standard 1/7 scale figures but still offers detailed sculpting and painting. The roomwear outfit gives Nana a relaxed, playful look that fits well with other Desktop Cute releases.
What to consider before ordering
Pre-order figures typically have a waiting period of several months. Make sure you're comfortable with the timeline before committing. Also, check the shipping costs and policies, as pre-orders may have different cancellation rules.
The figure is a prize-style collectible from Taito, meaning it offers great value for the price but may not have the same level of detail as higher-end scales. If you prioritize intricate paintwork or dynamic poses, you might want to look at other options.
Pre-order decision rules
- Check the release window: Pre-orders usually ship months after ordering. Confirm the estimated release date and plan accordingly. Set a reminder to review your pre-order when the release date approaches.
- Compare the price: The catalog price is USD 18.25 with a comparison price of USD 25.00, offering a clear discount. Ensure this fits your budget.
- Understand cancellation policies: Some stores allow free cancellation before a cutoff date; others may charge a fee. Read the terms before confirming. If unsure, contact customer support before ordering.
- Consider shipping costs: Pre-orders may ship separately from in-stock items, increasing total shipping. Combine orders when possible. Check if the store offers combined shipping for multiple pre-orders.
