Quick Answer

Choose the TQA Essentials Bundle if you want a complete queer party game experience at a lower price. Choose the TQA Core Bundle if you want the most variety and are willing to pay more.

What’s in Each Bundle

The TQA Essentials Bundle includes the Base game, Blocks, and Playing Cards. This gives you the core mechanics plus two add-ons that add variety to your game night.

The TQA Core Bundle includes everything in Essentials—Base, Blocks, and Playing Cards—plus Dares, Questions, and Brands. That’s three extra expansion packs for more replayability and more ways to play.

Price and Value Trade-off

The Essentials Bundle is priced at $34.65 (compare at $55.00), while the Core Bundle is $48.00 (compare at $75.00). The Core Bundle costs about $13 more but adds three additional packs.

If you’re a casual player, the Essentials Bundle offers solid value. If you host frequent game nights or want maximum variety, the extra cost of the Core Bundle is justified by the added content.

Who Should Skip the Core Bundle

If you’re new to The Queer Agenda or prefer a simpler game, the Core Bundle might feel overwhelming with its six components. The Essentials Bundle gives you a complete experience without extra complexity.

Also, if your budget is tight, the Essentials Bundle still delivers the full base game experience, and you can always add expansions later.

How to Decide

  • Budget-conscious buyers: Pick the Essentials Bundle if you want the complete base game and two add-ons at a lower price.
  • Frequent hosts: Choose the Core Bundle if you host often and want the widest variety of prompts and challenges. Consider how many game nights you host per month to gauge if the extra cost is worth it.
  • New players: Start with the Essentials Bundle to learn the game without extra complexity.
