Quick answer

The UGREEN 15W 2-in-1 MagSafe Charger wirelessly charges two devices at once, but it only works with MagSafe-compatible iPhones and Qi-enabled devices, and it does not support fast charging for Android phones or the Apple Watch.

Charging speed limitations

While the charger delivers 15W to compatible MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer), that full speed is only available for one device at a time. When charging two devices simultaneously, power is shared, so each device may charge more slowly than if plugged in directly.

What about Qi2 and Android phones?

This charger uses MagSafe technology, not the newer Qi2 standard. Android phones with built-in Qi wireless charging (like Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel) will still charge, but only at standard Qi speeds (up to 7.5W), not 15W. You also won't get the magnetic alignment that iPhones enjoy.

Frequently asked questions

Can it charge an iPhone 16?

Yes, the UGREEN 2-in-1 MagSafe Charger works with iPhone 12 through iPhone 16 models. It provides 15W fast wireless charging for MagSafe-compatible iPhones.

Does it charge the Apple Watch?

No. This charger has two charging surfaces: one for a MagSafe iPhone and one for Qi-compatible devices like AirPods or Android phones. It does not include a dedicated Apple Watch charging puck. If you need to charge an Apple Watch, look for a 3-in-1 charger that includes a watch charging spot.

Will it charge Samsung Galaxy phones fast?

No. Samsung Galaxy phones (and other Android devices) charge at standard Qi speeds, typically up to 7.5W. The 15W speed is exclusive to MagSafe iPhones.

Can I use it with a phone case?

Yes, but only with cases that are MagSafe-compatible or thin enough (under 3mm) to allow wireless charging. Thick, non-magnetic cases may prevent proper alignment and slow charging. Remove thick or metal-reinforced cases before placing your phone on the charger.

Does it support Qi2?

No. This charger uses Apple's MagSafe technology, not the newer Qi2 standard. It will still charge Qi2 devices, but at standard Qi speeds (up to 7.5W).
