Quick answer
The UniVersus Yu Yu Hakusho Dark Tournament Booster Pack is a sealed pack of 10 random cards from the set, ideal for collectors seeking specific characters or players expanding their deck with reprints and new cards.
What's inside the pack
Each booster pack contains 10 cards from the Dark Tournament expansion, which includes 16 different characters. The set reprints key cards from earlier UniVersus Yu Yu Hakusho releases, making it useful for players who missed the first wave. However, because the contents are random, you may get duplicates if you buy multiple packs.
Limited availability and import status
This product was originally released only in Japan but has been imported for US fans. Stock is limited, so if you see it available, it may not be restocked frequently. The pack is factory-sealed and new, ensuring card condition, but the limited supply means prices could rise after initial sell-through.
How to decide if this pack is for you
- Check your goal: If you want to complete a specific character or deck, buying single cards may be cheaper and faster. If you enjoy the surprise of opening packs and building a collection over time, a booster pack is a good fit.
- Understand the randomness: Because each pack contains random cards, you may not pull the character or card you need. Plan to buy multiple packs or trade with other players to increase your chances.
- Consider reprint value: The set includes reprints of key cards from earlier releases. If you missed those sets, this pack is a cost-effective way to get those cards without buying older, more expensive products. Check which key cards are reprinted before buying to see if this pack fills gaps in your collection.
