Quick Answer
The Flex Travel Gym Bag holds a full gym outfit, a pair of shoes, a week's worth of toiletries, and a small tech pouch thanks to its 25-liter capacity and smart compartments.
Capacity and Compartments
The Flex Travel Gym Bag is a 25-liter all-purpose bag designed with input from over 1,400 customers and fitness enthusiasts. That capacity means it can handle a typical gym session or a short overnight trip without feeling overstuffed.
Key features like a ventilated shoe compartment and a removable laundry bag help you separate dirty gear from clean clothes. The built-in lock and key tether adds security when you're moving through airports or gym locker rooms.
Packing Without Overstuffing
Because the bag is 25 liters, you need to prioritize. It's not a suitcase, but it's roomy enough for a day's gear. Use the shoe compartment for sneakers, the laundry bag for workout clothes, and the main space for a change of clothes and a toiletry kit.
If you're carrying a laptop or tablet, consider a separate tech pouch or folio—the Flex Travel Gym Bag is not designed with a dedicated padded laptop sleeve, so you'll want to protect your device separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can it fit a pair of shoes?
Yes, the ventilated shoe compartment is designed to hold a pair of sneakers, keeping them separate from the rest of your gear. Use the shoe compartment for sneakers; don't overload it with boots or heavy shoes.
Can it hold a week's worth of clothes?
For a week, you'll need to pack light: roll clothes to save space, and use the removable laundry bag for dirty items. The 25-liter capacity is best for a few days, not a full week. Pack rolling clothes and use compression cubes to maximize space.
Is it good for travel?
Yes, the lock and key tether helps secure the bag during travel, and the hooks let you hang it in lockers or on bathroom doors. It's a versatile all-purpose bag for short trips. Use the tether to lock the zippers when the bag is checked or stored.
