Quick answer
Choose the Other Father doll for a larger, more poseable figure that stands out on a shelf, or the Other Mother doll if you prefer a compact, pre-order collectible with intricate vinyl details.
Size and poseability differences
The Other Father doll stands 10 inches tall with a soft body and bendable arms and legs, making it easy to pose in different stances. The Other Mother doll is over 8 inches tall and also has a soft body, but its slightly smaller scale may limit display impact if you prefer larger figures.
Availability and release timing
The Other Father doll is available now, while the Other Mother doll is listed as a pre-order. If you want to add a Coraline collectible immediately, the Other Father is ready to ship. If you can wait, the Other Mother offers a different character design.
Which doll fits your collection?
- Size and presence: The Other Father is 10 inches tall with bendable limbs for more display options. The Other Mother is over 8 inches and less poseable.
- Availability: The Other Father is in stock now. The Other Mother is a pre-order, so you'll need to wait for shipment.
- Character appeal: Both dolls feature button eyes and soft goods clothing, but the Other Father includes a polka dot robe and monkey slippers, while the Other Mother has unique vinyl head details. Consider which character's design you connect with more before deciding.
