Quick Answer
The Elestrals TCG Mystery Box contains a random mix of booster packs, exclusive promo cards, and other rare finds. Contents vary by box, so each unboxing is a surprise.
Why the Mystery Box Is a Gamble
The main draw—and the main risk—is that you never know exactly which cards you'll get. One box might hold a highly sought-after promo, while another may contain more common packs. This unpredictability is part of the fun for collectors who enjoy the thrill of the unknown, but it also means you might not get the specific cards you want.
What Makes It Different from a Booster Box
A standard booster box gives you a known number of packs from a single set. The Mystery Box, on the other hand, can mix packs from different sets and includes exclusive promos you won't find in regular boosters. If you're after a specific set's cards, a booster box is more reliable. If you want variety and the chance at something unique, the Mystery Box is the better pick.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of cards are inside?
Each box contains a random assortment of booster packs from various Elestrals sets, plus exclusive promo cards and other rare finds that vary by box. Because the contents are unpredictable, you might get cards from different sets in the same box.
How many packs come in a box?
The number of packs is not fixed—it depends on the mix inside that particular box. Some boxes may contain more packs of lower-rarity cards, while others might have fewer packs but include a rare promo. Check the product description for any guaranteed minimums, but expect variation.
Is it worth the price?
The Mystery Box is priced at $25.19 (compared to a $39.99 catalog value), so you're getting a discount off the combined retail value of the contents. Whether it's worth it depends on your goals: if you enjoy the surprise and want a chance at exclusive promos, it's a good deal. If you need specific cards for a deck, a booster box or single packs are more reliable. For the best value, buy the Mystery Box when you want variety and the excitement of an unboxing, not when you need to complete a specific set.
Can I get duplicates?
Yes, because the packs are random, you may receive duplicate cards from different boxes. If you're collecting a full set, consider trading with other players or buying singles instead.
How do I know what I'm getting?
The exact contents are a surprise until you open the box. The product page lists the possible types of items (booster packs, promos, rare finds) but not the specific cards. For a complete set list, visit the Elestrals Collect website. If you want to know exactly which cards you're buying, choose a known booster box or single packs instead of a mystery box.
