Quick answer
After collecting all 13 cards from the Room One Collection System Season 1, you can claim the Golden Collector item for free (plus free shipping) by contacting Room One Cards via email or submitting your documentation online.
Before you start: Confirm you have all 13 cards
The Golden Collector offer is only available to fans who have collected every card from Season 1 — all 13 pieces of the Room One Collection System. Double-check your collection before reaching out, as missing even one card will delay the process.
How to claim your Golden Collector item
- 1. Verify your collection: Make sure you own all 13 cards from Room One Collection System Season 1. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Common mistake: assuming partial collections qualify. Only complete sets of 13 cards are eligible.
- 2. Contact Room One Cards: Send an email to [email protected] OR complete and submit the documentation form linked on their site. Choose one method — do not do both, as it may cause duplicate requests. Checkpoint: Use the same email address you used for your original purchases to speed verification.
- 3. Receive your coupon code: After Room One verifies your collection, they will send you a coupon code. This code makes the Golden Collector item free and includes free shipping. Common mistake: trying to purchase the item before receiving the coupon — it will not be discounted without the code.
- 4. Add any item to your cart and apply the coupon: The Golden Collector item is added as a free add-on when you buy anything. Add any product to your cart, then enter the coupon code at checkout. The Golden Collector item will appear as free with free shipping. Checkpoint: If the coupon doesn't apply, double-check that you're logged into the account associated with your email.
