Quick answer
Who Knows Me Better is a fast-paced A/B voting game where one player answers personal questions and everyone else guesses their choice. The player who knows them best wins.
Why this game works for adult parties
Unlike trivia or strategy games, Who Knows Me Better is built around real-life knowledge of the people you're playing with. The questions range from silly to spicy, so every round reveals something new about the group.
The game works best with 2–6 players who already have some shared history—whether that's a couple, a close friend group, or a mix of both. It's designed for ages 18+ and includes 95 task cards with over 500 questions, so you won't run out of material during a long party.
How to set up and play
- Choose the first reader: Pick one player to be the reader for the first round. That player takes a card and reads the question aloud, then silently decides their own answer (A or B). Common mistake: The reader blurts out their answer before everyone votes. Keep it secret until after the vote.
- Everyone else votes: All other players vote A or B based on what they think the reader would choose. Use a hand signal, a slip of paper, or a simple thumbs-up for A and thumbs-down for B. Make sure everyone votes at the same time so no one is influenced by another player's choice.
- Reveal the truth: The reader announces their real answer (A or B). Anyone who voted correctly gets a point. If the reader changes their mind after seeing the votes, that's against the rules—the answer must be the one they decided before voting. The reader cannot change their answer after seeing the votes. Stick with the first choice.
- Pass the reader role: After each question, the reader role passes to the next player clockwise. Continue until every player has been the reader at least once, or until you've gone through a set number of rounds. For a balanced game, make sure every player gets an equal number of turns as the reader.
- Declare the winner: The player with the most correct votes at the end of the game wins. Ties can be broken with a sudden-death question where only the tied players vote on a new reader's answer. If there's a tie, a single sudden-death round keeps the game moving without dragging it out.
