Quick answer
To install a tempered glass screen protector on your iPhone 15 Pro Max without bubbles, clean the screen thoroughly, align the protector precisely, and use a squeegee to press out air from the center outward.
Why fit matters for iPhone 15 Pro Max
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a slightly curved display edge, which means a screen protector must match the exact dimensions to avoid lifting at the corners or interfering with cases. A poorly fitted protector can also trap dust or cause touch sensitivity issues.
Installation steps for a bubble-free fit
- Clean the screen thoroughly: Use the included alcohol wipe and microfiber cloth to remove all dust, fingerprints, and oils. Work in a dust-free room, such as a bathroom with the shower running briefly to settle airborne particles. Check for lint or dust under bright light before peeling the protector's backing.
- Align the protector before sticking: Hold the protector by its edges and hover it over the screen without touching the adhesive. Line up the speaker grill and front camera cutouts precisely. Use the alignment stickers if included to hinge the protector into place. If the protector is misaligned, lift it gently using a piece of tape on the corner—do not peel it off completely.
- Press from the center outward: Once aligned, press firmly in the middle of the screen and use the included squeegee to push air bubbles toward the edges. Work slowly and apply even pressure. For stubborn bubbles, lift the nearest edge and re-squeegee. Small bubbles near the edge often disappear within 24 hours as the adhesive cures. Avoid pressing on the camera lens area.
