Quick answer
Choose the MX Master 4 for Mac if you want a premium, traditional-shaped mouse with a sophisticated look. Choose the Lift for Mac if you prefer an affordable vertical mouse that promotes a more natural hand position.
Design and Ergonomics: Traditional vs Vertical
The MX Master 4 for Mac follows a classic contoured shape that many find familiar and comfortable for extended use. Its Space Black finish gives a professional, understated look. In contrast, the Lift for Mac uses a vertical, handshake-like design intended to keep your wrist straighter, which can reduce strain over long work sessions. The Lift's Off-white color adds a clean, modern aesthetic to your desk.
