Quick answer
The Red Sonja Gold and Red Limited Edition is a highly articulated 1:12 scale action figure with over 30 points of articulation, two armor sets, multiple heads and hairstyles, and a range of weapons.
Why the 30+ articulation points matter
Unlike many static collector figures, this Red Sonja can achieve dynamic fighting stances thanks to its extensive articulation. This makes it ideal for action poses or diorama displays, but the numerous joints may require careful handling to avoid loosening over time.
Two armor sets vs. one: what you get
Including two distinct armor sets gives you the flexibility to display Red Sonja in either her classic chainmail or a more ornate gold-and-red variant. This adds display variety but does mean you have to store the unused set if you swap.
Multiple heads and hairstyles for customization
The figure comes with three heads and two hairstyles, allowing you to change her expression and look. This is a rare feature at this price point, but swapping heads requires gentle pressure to avoid damaging the neck peg.
Frequently asked questions
Is this figure compatible with other Boss Fight Studio figures?
Yes, the Red Sonja Gold and Red figure uses the Epic H.A.C.K.S. body system, which is designed to be compatible with other figures in the same line for swapping parts and accessories.
How limited is this edition?
Boss Fight Studio has not disclosed the exact production run, but the 'Limited Edition' label indicates a smaller batch. Once sold out, it may not be restocked, so early purchase is recommended. If you want this figure, consider ordering sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.
What is the scale and height of the figure?
It is a 1:12 scale figure, which typically stands about 6 inches tall. This scale is common for action figures and fits well with other 1:12 scale collectibles.
