Quick answer

Yes, EVANGELION:3.0+1.11 and Thrice Upon a Time are the same movie. The full title is EVANGELION:3.0+1.11 THRICE UPON A TIME. The GKIDS Blu-ray includes both the Japanese audio and an English dub, plus a disc of bonus features.

Why two names for one film?

The film is the fourth and final installment of the Rebuild of Evangelion series. In Japan it was released as Shin Evangelion Gekijōban:|| (which translates to Evangelion: 3.0+1.0), but the international release uses the full English title EVANGELION:3.0+1.11 THRICE UPON A TIME. The "3.0+1.11" refers to the version number, while "Thrice Upon a Time" is the English subtitle. So when you see either name, it points to the same 2021 film directed by Hideaki Anno.

What's on the GKIDS Blu-ray?

The Standard Blu-ray Edition from GKIDS is a two-disc set. Disc one contains the feature film in both original Japanese and English dub. Disc two is packed with bonus content: EVANGELION:3.0(-46h), EVANGELION:3.0(-120min.), character promotion reels, stage greeting footage, and trailers. This edition gives you the complete film experience without the extras of a collector's set.
