Quick Answer
Order a Customization Request per set, chat with Ersa's customer service about your desired changes, and wait for a confirmation before placing the rest of your order.
Why Customize Instead of Buying Ready-Made?
Ready-made press-on nails are convenient, but your nail beds, preferred shapes, and style preferences are unique. A customization request lets you adjust the size range (17mm–8mm), change the nail shape or length, or even swap out design elements like removing a charm or altering a color accent.
The trade-off is lead time: custom orders take longer to produce than stock sets, and the fee covers one set only. If you want multiple custom sets, you'll need to add one request per set.
How to Submit a Customization Request
- Chat with customer service first: Before placing any order, open a chat with Ersa's customer service to discuss your custom requirements—whether you want a different nail shape, shorter length, or design changes like removing an element. Common mistake: ordering without chatting first can lead to miscommunication about what's possible.
- Add the correct number of Customization Requests: Add one Customization Request product to your cart for each set you want customized. If you're ordering two sets, add two requests. Checkpoint: double-check the quantity matches the number of sets you're customizing.
- Wait for confirmation before completing your order: After chatting and adding the request(s), wait for customer service to confirm your design changes and any additional costs. Only then proceed to checkout. Common mistake: skipping confirmation may result in a standard set being shipped instead of your custom version.
- Place the rest of your order: Once confirmed, add your chosen press-on nail set(s) to the cart and complete the purchase. Your custom specifications will be attached to your order.
